Custom R&D procedure:
- Preliminary research: Collect all requirements and conduct research, reseach application industry and device information, communicate with customers, understand core needs and pains.
- Design and Verification: Design and verify the solution based on the collected information, including citing some internal R&D results and leading technologies in the industry.
- Prototype and internal testing: Finish the prototype of motor and controller, test in various states and environments, collect data and debug programs.
- Application-side testing: Prototypes that meet the internal testing standards are sent to customers for application-side testing and to determine if improvement is needed.
- Solution confirm, batch preparation: After the user send the formal confirmation of the solution, HF Motion starts evaluating the production line and preparing for mass production.
